I'm in love with sewing.
There will be LOTS of pictures as soon as I get home this weekend, for everything I've done this week.

How to insert a zipper

Things made so far:
Day 1: Purse
Day 2: Matching change purse-sewing machine cover-thread catcher-pillow for my hubby.
Just searching online now for inspiration for today. I'm not sure what to make! haha.
I can't wait to post all the pictures!

Do you know about http://www.craftster.org ? Lots of cool stuff on there. I've recently started felting. Not quite as handy as sewing, but still.
Oo, I've admired felting for a long time, but I'm scared, it's very intimidating! haha.
But yes, I'm CONSTANTLY on Craftster. It's an amazing site. :)
Wonderful! I am so glad you are getting into sewing! And good news...my computer guy called last night, and said he got my computer fixed and was going to install my new photoshop program today. So I can FINALLY get this one last item finished and have this in the mail Tomorrow or Saturday! I feel horrible it took so long, but I have some extras tucked away to make up for it. :)
Oh, I can't wait!! I know it'll be worth the wait no matter what. I love everything you make. :)
I'm really enjoying sewing. For some reason, I guess because I just haven't played around with my sewing machine that much, I was scared of it. I was also VERY scared of patterns. I conquered that, and was still able to make stuff for myself that weren't from patterns, which made it that much more exciting. :)
